We are proud to be a family run health, fitness and sports-based business. We are located in Ascot, Berkshire, UK from a well stocked and modern private gym.

Our values to everyone we work with is to be respectful of people’s capabilities and reasons for wanting to achieve something that is important to them. Whilst we are well trained and educated in ways that will allow us to help you to make incredible progress, we are careful not to push you over the edge. We want everyone who trusts us to help them, to feel confident and safe, but still challenged. Challenged always equals positive change.

We are always mindful of time. Be it a period of time until an important event or whether our clients are time poor and lead busy work and family lives. We will always tailor our coaching to what fits your event and/or lifestyle, if we don’t, we know you won’t keep up that critical consistency.

Certain people need certain things to be able to be successful, we understand this, so whether you are nervous about a gym environment, lack confidence in getting out for a run, or you need a coach who you can connect with and trust, we have it covered. It’s why we decided to always have a private gym rather than an open membership style, so our focus is on you and your goals, and not anything else.

PATIENCE

PATIENCE

If you have not got it, you are almost destined for failure. When it comes to your health, running, or weight, then it does not happen overnight, you have to be prepared for a setbacks and slow progress. When you realise this is a lifestyle you are creating rather than a temporary state, patience becomes much easier. Try to never attach a time scale to progress, unless you have to, like training for specific race for example.
MOTIVATION

MOTIVATION

Motivation is NOT (yes, not) your friend. Motivation is fleeting visitor and serves only to get you started on something. Usually motivation leads you to start something that is unsustainable. When you find a lifestyle that works for you, you don’t need motivation to keep going.
CONSISTENCY

CONSISTENCY

The G.O.A.T. of all the traits you need. Consistency has the ability to be the best friend you ever had and the worst. Keep doing something every day and you will win, stop doing it as often as you need to, and you will lose. It really is as simple as that.
HONESTY

HONESTY

Nobody can keep you accountable but yourself. If you want to cheat, you will find a way. Being honest with yourself about why you cheat or why you don’t start or why you give up is the only way to keep yourself accountable. Being honest in your thoughts, honest with your intentions and honest with your actions, will not determine whether you win or lose but it will show you the way if you want to achieve something badly enough, whether you choose to take that route, is then up to you. How badly do you want that goal?
