My coaching will focus on your aerobic progression first. Every strong, successful runner is built from a foundation of strong aerobic capacity. Build the engine to power the body.
Your age and ability is not a factor in my coaching ability and success. I work with complete beginners to experienced racers and have spent years developing the right approach to improve you, to keep you injury and fatigue free and help you enjoy the process, irrespective of your starting standard.
I am an experienced runner and full time coach. Up to 2026 I have successfully trained over 500 runners for the iconic London Marathon and many more for races all over the world. I build schedules that fit your ability, lifestyle and goals.
It’s incredibly important to me that you don’t just become the best runner you can be, but you also learn how and why we do what we do. Knowledge is the key to being a fit, healthy and progressive runner for years to come.
A good coach will tell you how, a great coach will teach you how.
