In-person training is done at our private gym in Ascot, Berkshire, UK, but we are also equally at home conducting on-line training as well.
It’s called personal training for a reason…it’s personal! That’s why all our training plans are bespoke for you. Your goals, your starting ability, your time pressures are all unique to you and we need to make sure they are considered and worked to.
Our training is challenging, we don’t improve in the comfort zone, but you will find us respectful, flexible and empathetic to your health and fitness goals.
We offer a completely free consultation either in person or on-line. This allows us to understand your goals and any restrictions, and for you to feel comfortable we are the right people to help you.
Weight management is a key factor of being healthy, so all our PT sessions come with advice on how to lose and control your weight.
Though sessions are non-refundable, we do operate a very flexible diary to fit in with your demands. We are happy to book sessions for early morning before work, or evenings after work.
