I never have and never will provide any generic running plans. Generic doesn’t improve you, generic teaches you nothing, generic is more likely to injure you. I am a coach who is bespoke to you, because you are unique and have unique goals and circumstances, your training must reflect that.

Please Note – The nutrition service is NOT for medical purposes, it is purely to improve your sporting performance, help with recovery, help with weight management and general health. Please consult a medical practitioner for help with medical issues that require specific nutritional advice.
Once you have been diagnosed in person by either a medical practitioner or qualified physiotherapist, then a back to running rehab programme can be built. Plan lengths are wholly dependant on the nature and seriousness of the injury, so please do contact me directly for specific programme and price details that will be applicable to you.
