My wonderful friend @sam_suri made a video for my 52 @londonmarathon runners in preparation for Sunday. It’s made us all a bit more emotional (if that’s possible!!) 😭🥴
Amongst many things he said was this…
“London Marathon Day is a day that brings out the best in humanity”
I did a radio interview yesterday for 20 minutes on the Marathon, and still couldn’t sum it up like Sam did with that sentence 😂
As Sam enters his 4th round of Chemo for his own brain tumour battle, we are reminded why we do what we do, how important our fight for a cure and better treatment and government funding is 👊🏼
