Our training is not built on guess work or generic plans, or even the crazy old wives tales of running from a 100 years ago, but instead it’s grounded in scientifically proven and evidence based methods but delivered in a way that suits every type of runner, irrespective of age, ability and experience. This elite level coaching, for the mid pack and recreational runner.

I often get asked about the optimum time to train for certain distances, and the answer is totally dependant on where you are starting from and what your specific goal is.
The truth is that distance is never your biggest challenge, we don’t train to run distances, we train to be able to achieve the goal you want from that distance.
So whether its 5k or a Marathon, ask yourself what do you want from that distance, and not, can I do the distance? You CAN absolutely do the distance. If you want to walk a 5k in 60 mins or run it in 20 minutes, it’s still 5k!
Think effort, not distance.
