David – Training Plateauing

After a lifetime of sports, including professional football, I have always been fit and healthy, but I realised I was plateauing and not making the progress I had hoped, despite my training being consistent. After working with Lee and learning about how my aerobic system works and how to improve it, the results followed.  For me it was more about learning what the right training for me was, and not just expecting results from training harder. Now I am running my quickest half marathons and competing in Hyrox on a regular basis.
